She always kept us up to date on appointments and home statuses.  She was honest, easy to reach and always answered questions completely and thoroughly. Although she is busy, she will never make you feel like you are wasting her/your time and will never rush you to make a decision. With her background knowledge in home building, she was able to offer extra insight during our viewings saving us many potential problems.
